My Plans
  1. Drink lots of water, preferably 8 glasses pr day
  2. Sleep for 8 hours
  3. Run 800 meters everyday.
  4. But remember do at least 8 warm-up workouts before the run!

I am gonna be like "Chris Martin" soon. Hah, its just a dream...
